These are the best of the best, the tried and true culinary fare. The book is divided into ten sections: breads, breakfasts, lunches, soups, salads, entrees, pastas, vegetables, desserts and granita. Each recipe has Lynne’s unique slant and comments about the dish. Included is information on measurements and a section on emergency substitutions. The format is 7in. x 9 in. with lay flat binding for ease of use on a kitchen counter top. Each recipe is laid out so you don’t have to turn the page during preparation.
